This product is a 6-week dynamic plan available via TrainingPeaks, which will load directly into your weekly workouts.

This program takes a relatively "healthy" athlete from basic tissue care and neuromuscular activation to moderately loaded, properly mobilized posture, squat patterns, deadlifts, lunges, and basic lateral movements.

Is this plan right for me?

An athlete is going to move better, develop better coordination and stability, and have the basic tissue strength and durability for load (either for increased volume/intensity on the bike/run or for that next phase of strength-specific gym work). Simply stated, this is an incredibly detailed program to prep your body for load.

If you are dedicated to your programming and don’t need much 1:1 attention, this program is a great alternative to a monthly subscription for coaching.

What's the format?

These are 25-30mins sessions, 3 days/week. In addition, each session emphasizes movements dedicated to the following:

- Activation/Tissue Care

- Movement (Wks 1-2) -> Basic Strength (Wks 3-4) -> Intro to Load (Wks (5-6)

- Mobility/Coordination

Each exercise has a specific description and links to a youtube video for demonstration. I've also called out what the athlete should be focusing on in-session - i.e. workout's objective/relevance, as well as equipment needs (honestly, these are minimal for this program).
